The 4-day Chinaplas 2026 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition wrapped up successfully on April 24! As a highly anticipated event in the rubber and plastics industry, QIAOTIAN Intelligent made a prominent appearance with its core products and one-stop solutions at this year’s exhibition. We gathered with industry experts, new and existing customers to fully demonstrate our strong technical capabilities in robotic end tools and flexible production.

At this exhibition, QIAOTIAN Intelligent broke through traditional display limits and offered visitors an immersive experience combining live demonstrations + static exhibits, allowing them to feel the charm of our products up close.

Live Demo Area: We showcased our one-stop automatic mold change system in action, 直观 presenting the high efficiency and convenience of "one-click mold change" with magnetic mold clamping. This drew large crowds of visitors to stop and watch.

Static Exhibition Area: The 3200-ton large magnetic platen designed for heavy-duty and large-scale equipment highlighted our technical strength in providing customized, high-strength magnetic clamping solutions for large injection molding machines. Meanwhile, QIAOTIAN industrial connectors were also on full display, setting a new reliable connection standard with blind-mating, misinsertion prevention, and 100,000-cycle service life.

At the event, Dr. Chen Kun from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, product director of QIAOTIAN Intelligent Magnetic Mold Change, was invited to deliver a live broadcast titled QIAOTIAN | Magnetic Mold Change Cuts Time by 90%! Intelligent and Reliable, New Standard for Industry Automation to online and offline audiences. Dr. Chen deeply analyzed the outstanding advantages of QIAOTIAN’s magnetic mold change technology and explained in detail how to shorten mold change time by over 90% while ensuring absolute "zero-drop" safety for molds, providing a new approach for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and flexible production line upgrading in the injection molding industry.

In addition to the professional technical live broadcast, the QIAOTIAN booth was pleasantly visited by the well-known influencer "Lao Feng Tours Factories"! Mr. Wang Haosong, Sales Manager of QIAOTIAN Intelligent Magnetic Mold Change, gave a video interview on site.
