Qiaotian provided the QT-650 tool changer and a customized solution: to address the bus switching delay concern, a Turck module with fast networking capability was adopted to achieve second-level communication recovery after switching, improving production efficiency; to meet the requirement of no modification to existing on-site equipment, the tool changer interface was customized according to the existing components on site, enabling direct installation upon arrival without modifying the existing grippers and robots. Upon project completion, by switching between two grippers, the stability and speed of signal transmission were verified, along with whether the docking accuracy of the tool changer would change after repeated docking. Ultimately, the solution achieved rapid and stable switching of air, electrical, communication, and other utilities for the grippers, delivering second-level communication recovery after network disconnection and reconnection.
