Qiaotian Intelligence was founded in 2016, mainly focusing on the robot end of the quick-change device, after four years of exploration and precipitation, since 2020, Qiaotian Intelligence quick-change products have entered the mainstream OEMs, and has obtained the certification of TÜV, CE, ISO and other industry authorities.

Take electrode cap shaping as an example, during the welding process in the automotive industry and other scenarios, the electrode cap needs to undergo high-frequency shaping in order to remove the harder oxide layer and ensure the stability of the through-flow capability. Previously commonly used electrode cap mold trimming machine, the use of traditional cutting process, trimming large amount of electrode cap life becomes shorter, need to be replaced frequently, thus affecting the production efficiency and spare parts costs, and easy to cause the quality of the welded joint is not stable.

In this regard, Qiaotian has developed an electrode cap shaper, which adopts a grinding process and a two-stage shaping mode to effectively improve the life of the electrode cap, thereby reducing the frequency of cap replacement and improving production efficiency and welding quality. At present, Hashida intelligent shaping machine has completed the research and development and passed the test of downstream customers, entering the mass production stage.

For product development with high technical barriers, Qiaotian Intelligence has joined hands with the key laboratory team of Shanghai Jiaotong University and other researchers to study the pain points in the use of robots in end-of-arm scenarios, and actively promotes and develops new high-technology products and realizes commercialization.

Typical example is the magnetic mold changing system, which can replace the traditional injection mold changing method and reduce the mold changing time from several hours to ten minutes, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
